These are used mainly in the wafer manufacturing industries for perfect frying of the raw potato slices and sticks. These are equipped with electronic meters for oil temperature and frying time monitoring. It helps in saving of diesel as well as edible oils. Batch type machines are also provided with a mesh assembly and are available in manual, semi and fully automatic models. Whereas, the continuous type oil fryer machine is equipped with automatized system

These machines are used in the wafer manufacturing industries for mixing various spices and other ingredients with fried potato wafers. These machines can be availed from us in both batch type and continuous type. The continuous mode type machine has an automated feeder that can be set at different level accordingly.
